Pack Your Equipment

Securely pack the Power Plate unit and all original accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure safe transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
